We currently only ship within the United States. Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email containing tracking information.
Shipping Estimates • Eastern US: 5-8 working days post-dispatch • Central US: 4-7 working days post-dispatch • Western US: 3-5 working days post-dispatch
You will be notified via email with delivery expectations. They will attempt delivery up to three times. Should the delivery fail and the item is returned to us, we will get in touch and re-ship it to you, although the carrier may charge an additional fee which we will collect from you prior to reshipment.
We hope you love your uniform. For 2 weeks from the delivery date, please feel free to try it on, and if you don't love it, get in touch with us below and we will help you process a full refund. We cannot refund items that are embroidered.
Returned items in perfect condition are offered to our waiting list. We’re dedicated to finding a new home for every return, as it is our commitment to minimize unnecessary waste.
We kindly ask customers to cover tracked return shipping costs. Once your item arrives, our team will inspect it to confirm its condition and process your refund within 3-5 days on average.
