Small batch production
By producing in small batches and releasing limited collections, we aim to minimize overproduction while focusing on refining our craft. Among the first to use deadstock fabric in medical uniforms, we give a second life to high-quality materials that would otherwise end up in landfills. Our supply chain operates within a 18-mile radius in Los Angeles, supporting local craftsmanship and reducing carbon emissions.
Approach
We release our products in collections throughout the year, focusing on three key areas:
1. Form – The aesthetics of the uniform 2. Function – How the uniform performs in real-world settings 3. Nature – Our environmental impact
Each collection serves as a step forward in refining our process and sharing our progress transparently. While some synthetic materials are used for functionality, such as in zippers or a small portion of our fabrics, we remain committed to reducing our environmental footprint.
