Shipping policy

Orders are shipped out once production is complete, which can range between 6-10 weeks from the conclusion of the Pre-Order sales period, as each item is made to order to minimize waste.
 
After your order has been placed, we will provide regular status updates so you know what to expect.

To minimize carbon emissions, we currently only ship within the United States. Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email containing tracking information.

Shipping Estimates 
• Eastern US: 5-8 working days post-dispatch
• Central US: 4-7 working days post-dispatch
• Western US: 3-5 working days post-dispatch

You will be notified via email and/or SMS with delivery expectations. They will attempt delivery up to three times. Should the delivery fail and the item is returned to us, we will get in touch and re-ship it to you, although the carrier may charge an additional fee which we will collect from you prior to reshipment.
